Our valuation certificates provide a guide as to the current value of the painting and also provide a guarantee of authenticity. They have been prepared primarily for insurance purposes and are an estimate of the current market value, based on if the painting had to be re-purchased through an art gallery, what would be the expected replacement price (retail value).
